Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Kairo (the “Service”), operated by OneHundredHQ (“us,” “we,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. What Kairo is (and is not)

Kairo provides client-side career strategy tools and, where separately engaged, advisory and representation services. Kairo is not:

• An employment agency, staffing firm, or employer-paid recruiter
• A law firm, and nothing on the Service is legal advice
• A guarantee of compensation increases, promotions, offers, or other outcomes
• A marketplace that sells or brokers access to your profile

Public pages explain operating principles. Exact scope, fees, exclusions, confidentiality, tail periods, and decision rights for formal work are defined in the engagement letter.

3. Website and tools license

Permission is granted to access Kairo materials for personal, non-commercial use in connection with evaluating or using the Service. This is a license, not a transfer of title. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or redistribute site materials for commercial purposes without permission
• Scrape, mirror, or systematically harvest content from the members library or public site
• Attempt to bypass authentication, access controls, or gated Insider areas
• Reverse engineer software or tooling that powers the Service, except where applicable law forbids that restriction
• Remove proprietary notices from materials

4. Trajectory Audit and booking deposit

The Trajectory Audit is an intake and diagnostic conversation workflow. Booking may require a small deposit (currently SGD 10) processed via Stripe to secure your slot. Deposit handling, refunds, rescheduling, and related rules may be stated at booking time or in follow-up communications. Completing an audit does not by itself create a representation engagement.

5. Simulator and illustrative estimates

The Simulator, Net Gain calculator, and similar tools are illustrative only. Outputs depend on the numbers you enter and simplifying assumptions. They are not forecasts, valuations, tax advice, or binding fee quotes. Your engagement letter controls fee terms, buffers, and shields.

6. Members library

If you access the members library, you must keep your sign-in credentials and one-time passcodes confidential and use access only as authorized. Content is for your personal professional use as a registered reader or client. You may not redistribute Insider or gated materials, share login access, or use library content to train public models or competing products without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate library access for misuse, security risk, or end of membership eligibility.

7. Confidentiality and authorization

Information you share about your career, compensation, employer, and decisions is treated as confidential by default. We do not contact employers, managers, recruiters, or other third parties without your explicit authorization. You remain responsible for not disclosing confidential company material you are not permitted to share.

8. Client engagements

Advisory or representation work begins only under a signed engagement letter (or other written agreement we provide). That agreement governs fees (including any retainer or success-linked economics), qualifying outcomes, exclusions, tail periods, confidentiality, termination, and related obligations. These website Terms do not replace that letter.

9. Disclaimer

The Service and materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that content is complete, current, or error-free, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or secure.

10. Limitations of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneHundredHQ and its suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Service. Because some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Links and third parties

The Service may link to or embed third-party services (including Calendly, Stripe, and analytics providers). We are not responsible for third-party sites or their practices. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms.

12. Intellectual property

Kairo branding, site design, methodology content, library posts, and related materials are owned by OneHundredHQ or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Limited display of the Service for personal use does not grant broader rights.

13. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service:

• In violation of applicable law
• To impersonate Kairo, OneHundredHQ, staff, clients, or any other person
• To harass, defraud, or harm others
• To send unsolicited promotional material through our channels
• To interfere with security, availability, or other users’ enjoyment of the Service

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, including members-library access, if you breach these Terms or create risk to the Service or others. Provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, limitations, and engagement-letter obligations) will survive termination.

15. Changes

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on this page and updating the last-updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Material changes to an active paid engagement are handled through the engagement letter process.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to OneHundredHQ’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a signed engagement letter specifies otherwise. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location for disputes arising from these website Terms, except where prohibited by law.
